Grandma's Halloween Stories - Sneak Peek

Updated: Sep 9, 2020

Black clouds crept across the moon,

The stars could not be seen,

The wind was moaning eerily-

The night was Halloween.

Down in the misty Boggy-bog,

The toads and frogs were pensive.

Owls perched on high dry limbs,

Wide-eyed and apprehensive.

The children came home early

From collecting sweets and treats;

This night was far too spooky

To be walking in the streets.

We paraded in our costumes

By the jack-o-lantern light,

Then we told some scary stories

Causing everyone a fright.

. . . . Just then, the door flow open,

. . . . . . . and OH what happened next will amaze you!!
